Our Custom UPF apparel is crafted with care. We ensure no ink drift, blowouts, smudges, press marks, heat shine, fabric flaws, dirt, or misprints make their way into your shipment. Our rigorous quality checks guarantee that what you receive is nothing short of perfection.

A slight pressure mark may appear around the image during production, but it is temporary and typically not noticeable.

Our quality management system has five check points to insure products meet order accuracy, printing quality and quality control.

Color Accuracy

When using DTF printing or dye sublimation on white shirts, we guarantee color accuracy within 5%. This applies to the colors in your logo file.

Dye sublimated items use transparent inks that combine with the shirt color. As a result, logo colors will shift slightly over different pastel shades. They will also shift dramatically on mid to darker and Hi Vis shirt colors. Our workmanship warranty does not cover these inevitable color changes.

Your color proof has accurately represented the color dye sublimation will achieve on a particular shirt color. If you need 100% color accuracy on your logo, you must dye sublimate on a white shirt color or use the DTF printing process. Read more about dye sublimation.

Defects in Printing, Fabric or Sewing:

In the rare event of an issue, we’ve got you covered. If you see any mistakes in manufacturing, stitching issues, fabric defects, or dramatic color changes, please let us know. You have 30 days from when you receive your order to report these problems.

Emailing photographs will speed up our response. Depending on the situation, we may request photographs. We may provide free shipping to return the defective products to refine our quality assurance methods. We will ship high priority replacements to you as soon as possible.

Missing shipments:

For a missing package please inform us immediately on the day of expected delivery.

Missing items:

Click to report within 5 work days of delivery.

For items are missing from your order, you have 5 work days to report it. This time starts from the expected arrival date. We will expedite the manufacturing of replacement items at the earliest opportunity.

Damaged items in transit:

Click to Report within 14 days of receipt of the shipment.

To help us file a claim on your behalf, please photograph the packaging and email the photos to us. The courier investigations require the photographs. Please keep the packaging until we process the claim.

If you have multiple orders, it is very helpful to quote your order number.
