Approximate Quantity

We are referring to all combined styles, colors and sizes with the same decoration (ink imprint).

Your Group/Team/Company Name

This is the name or brand that appears on the shirt – this is where your team takes the spotlight. (Billing Company’s Name is requested later).

Your preferred style

We have many styles but will produce proofs for only the ones you are interested in seeing. You are welcome to combine styles & genders in your order.  Choose from Hooded Tees, Crew Neck Tees, Polos etc. from the style list.

Your In-Hand Date

In-Hand Date is not the date of your event – give your team some time to check the order, count and distribute the shirts. Keep in mind the delivery time on the delivery date is end of day. If you give no date – the ship date will be 3 weeks after paid date.

1. After you Request Proofs, you will be required to approve them in writing by email.
2. If you have approved the proof, please email us with information we will use to create an invoice for you: Ready to Order
3. When you order: all minimum 50 items must be ordered at the same time, from the same color group, using the same printing process, either DTF or Dye Sublimation.
4. Combine any style, shirt color, size, or gender from one color group style list:  Light Colored UV,  Dark Colored UV, High Visibility UV, UV Work Shirts or Fishing Tournament Shirts.
5. If you are using dark ink on your logo, and want Dye Sublimation for breathability,  you can combine High Visibility UV or Light Colored UV with Heather Grey from the UV Work Shirts group. (The other heather colors are too dark for dye sublimation).
6. If you are using DTF printing, you can choose from any color group.
7. The total number of items must add up to 50 for each design (Any ink change constitutes a design change).
8. Get discounts at 75, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300 quantities, if the ink on each does not change.
9. All items must have the same ink design and same ink colors on each back, chest and sleeve to get quantity discounts. You can have unlimited ink colors with  Dye Sub (except white), but it must be the same ink on each shirt in your minimum 50 to get the quantity discount. (Short sleeves etc. do not have a sleeve design, the number of impressions per style are in the last column of the style sheet).

There may be a deposit required depending on the complexity of the design required, the quality of your logo, or the availability of the shirts.

It’s normally 3 weeks from the paid date of your invoice to ship your order. For large orders: give yourself some time before your event to check your order, in other words make your In-hand Date earlier by a few days.

NOTE: Seasonal pressures (spring & summer) can make some styles/colors/sizes unavailable.

We will confirm quantities with the mill before we send the invoice to you.
