About Dye Sublimation

One of the greatest features about dye sublimation is that it affords a great degree of detail in the reproduction on performance fabric. Ink colors are unlimited, the effects can be photographic and large, without preventing air flow over the skin.

Dye sublimation does not clog the pores of the fabric.

After being sublimated, the shirt still remains as breathable as before it was decorated, no matter how large or solid the image. We literally dye the fabric. There is no rubber stamp on top of the fabric to trap moisture against the skin.

Dye sublimation does not crack, peel, fade or buckle.

Because the fabric is dyed, it won’t crack, peel off or fade over time. When stretched the decoration will not buckle or warp. This is why dye sublimation is preferable for outdoor, humid conditions where the skin needs to breathe.
