Once you’ve requested your proofs, written approval via email will be required before we move forward.

After approving your proof, please complete this Ready to Order form so we can generate an invoice tailored to your order.

When placing your order:
A minimum of 50 pieces for new orders and 24 pieces for re-orders must be ordered at the same time, from one color group, and must all use the same print method Dye Sublimation.

Choose From a Single Color Group.

You’re free to mix and match styles, shirt colors, sizes, or gender options, as long as they fall under a single color group category – with the exception of when you are using dark ink. With Dye Sub dark ink, you can combine Light, Heather grey and Hi Vis groups.

Combine Light Colors with Heather Grey or Hi Vis in your order:

If you’re opting for Dye Sublimation (ideal for breathability) and using a darker ink logo, you may combine High Visibility UV or Light Colored UV shirts with Heather Grey from the UV Work Shirts category. (Other heather shades are too dark to work well with sublimation.)

If you choose DTF printing, you have flexibility to mix and match from any of the available color groups.

Your design must total 100 items per artwork version for new orders. Any ink variation will be treated as a new design.

Bulk discounts apply at 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300 units only if the ink design and colors are consistent across the back, chest, and sleeves of all items.

Note: Some shirts, like short sleeves, may not include sleeve printing. You can refer to the last column of the style sheet to see the number of print areas per shirt style.

DTF and Dye Sublimation both support unlimited colors (excluding white for Dye Sub), but the same ink setup must be used for each item in your 24-piece minimum or your chosen discount quantity.

Additional Information:
A deposit may be necessary based on your logo’s quality, the complexity of the design, or shirt stock levels.

 Typically, the ship date is 3 weeks from the date of payment. For large or event-driven orders, we recommend setting your “in-hand” date a few days earlier to allow time for inspection and preparation.

During peak seasons (spring and summer), some shirt colors, styles, or sizes might experience limited availability.

Finally, before your invoice is finalized, we will verify stock with the manufacturer to confirm quantities.
