When you submit your Ready-to-order information on this page, you are submitting shipping, billing and order details only.
We prepare the invoice, check stock at the mill if necessary, then we send you a payable link, and you will also get an email from Quickbooks.
- Click on the link, and you will see a screen similar to the image below.
- Choose the type of payment method you would like to use.
- We prefer bank transfers, if possible.
- Fill out the information required. We never see the financial information, and cannot store it. Only Intuit uses your information one time to process your payment and does not retain it. Secure privacy is guaranteed.
- You should get a payment received email with a ship date. Thank you for your order!
Because dye sublimation inks are transparent, white becomes invisible. Therefore what ever is white in your logo, becomes the color of the shirt. Dye sub inks combine with the shirt color, and there are slight differences in the logo color from one shirt color to the next. If the design is applied to the Light Colored UV Apparel style list, the differences in reproduction color are very minor.
Dye sublimation is great for breathability of the garment, however the inks are transparent. Therefore, the inks will disappear on dark colors. Full color dye sublimation is limited to the Light Colored UV Apparel style list.
Dark dye sublimation inks will show up when applied to medium tone (heather grey) or high vis fabric.

Dark colored shirts must be decorated with the DTF process. We have an excellent transfer that stretches with the performance fabric – Read more about DTF vs Dye Sublimation.
One Order can only have one printing process in the order.
The image is literally dyed into the fabric and will not interrupt the breathability of the fabric, no matter how large the image. The image won’t trap sweat against your skin because the garment is as breathable as before it was decorated. Using a high-pressure heat press, the special polyester inks are transferred to the performance fabric from a digitally created transfer.
Conversely, silkscreen or vinyl transfers is a rubbery stamp that prevents breathability of the fabric under it which creates a hot spot in the sun.

We collect your billing and shipping information, but our payment processor, Intuit Quickbooks, processes your payment. We do not see, store, or have access to your credit card information. We cannot force a purchase, we need to issue new invoices for all reorders. You are sent a secure link where invoices are paid with credit card over a secure internet transaction via Intuit Quickbooks.

Send your logo and your instructions, and we do the work! Once you approve your shirt proofs, we help you to fit everyone in your group. Then we help you choose any style, shirt color, size, gender or age group into your minimum.
Sun Protection Factor, or SPF, is a measurement of how well sunscreen prevents solar radiation exposure onto your skin.
A good number for excellent protection is 30 SPF as long as it is a broad spectrum sunscreen, protecting against both harmful UVA and UVB solar radiation.
Ultraviolet Protection Factor, or UPF is a measure of how much solar radiation gets past fabric, on to your skin. It is measured with a standardized test that determines a UPF factor from 0 to 50. UPF 50 is considered excellent protection by the Skin Cancer Foundation in its article on Sun-Protective Clothing.

If you had a graphic designer create the logo they most likely created it in a vector format. If you upload any file with the suffix .ai, .pdf, .eps or .svg we can determine if there is a vector version in there.
If you have ever had a sign made, or a magnet for the side of your truck, you might get a .svg, .pdf or .ai file from the manufacturer. We can make minor changes to the file that you submit.

We can redo your logo and release a digital version for you for 150.00 to 350.00. We can give you a quote if you request shirt proofs in the contact tab, and attach the version that you have.
Your logo is protected by our terms of service. We do reserve the right to use images of our work in self promotion only.
A vector is the very best. These files have suffixes like .ai, .pdf, .eps, .svg. We do not work with Coreldraw files.
A jpg or a png file has to be at least 3 mg in size when closed. When the file is open, it should be 13″ wide and have the resolution of 200 to 300 dpi. The danger is if we use a low resolution file, it will be blurry when printed on the back.
If you require a sleeve design that use elements from your logo, we will require the vector version of your logo, if at all possible.
